What IP ratings are available for your M12 connectors?
Our M12 and M8 waterproof connectors are available in both IP67 (dust-tight, temporary immersion) and IP68 (continuous submersion) ratings. The specific rating depends on the connector series, mating condition, and sealing material. We provide full waterproof testing documentation upon request.
Do you support OEM/ODM customization for terminal blocks?
Yes. NITAI provides full OEM/ODM services including custom pin configurations, housing colors, labeling, packaging, and cable specifications. We support PCB mount, pluggable, and DIN rail terminal block variants. Our engineering team will work with your specifications from prototype to mass production.
What coding types are available for M12 connectors?
We manufacture M12 connectors in A, B, D, and X coding types. A-coding is used for sensors and actuators; B-coding for Profibus; D-coding for Ethernet/Fast Ethernet; X-coding for Gigabit Ethernet (Cat6A). Contact our technical team to confirm the correct coding for your application.
What materials are used in your connector housings?
Our connector housings are primarily manufactured from PA66 (polyamide) for superior mechanical strength and thermal resistance. Terminals use brass with optional gold or nickel plating. Cable jackets are available in PVC, PUR (polyurethane), or TPU depending on the application environment (oil resistance, flexibility, temperature range).
